In this week’s show we explore Bellevue- a community 13 miles west of downtown Nashville in Davidson County.
With access from the west side of town via main arteries Hwy 100, Hwy 70, and I-40 west, Bellevue
is convenient for commuting workers to downtown Nashville. With ample shopping opportunities, fabulous recreational activities next to the Percy Warner and Edwin Warner Park systems and not far from the Commodore Marina on the Cumberland River and the new Nashville Predators/Ford Ice Center, plus some of the cities’ more affordable apartment, townhome, and single family homes , Bellevue is one of the areas that I think will see an upserge in value in the very near future.
