Farm-To-Table in Nashville | Travel + Leisure

Tyler Brown, executive chef of Capitol Grill at Nashville’s Hermitage Hotel, gives us a tour of the Farm at Glen Leven, where produce from the restaurant is sourced. The farm, formerly a Civil War Battlefield, was developed in part by contributions from hotel guests, who can opt to donate when they check out of the property. The bounty from the farm has grown almost as fast as Nashville, a city on the rise.
