Lee Kebler, a pioneer in immersive technologies, reveals what it is like to create new realities and explores some of the ways virtual reality will revolutionize industries and challenge our understanding of our world. Lee Kebler (Keebz) ventured into tech development in 2011 when he developed gesture recognition for audio performance and live events. This lead him to design experiences for Intel, Coca-Cola, and Levi’s in 2012. In 2013 he became the technology adviser for tech visionary Will.i.am from the Black Eyed Peas. While in Los Angeles, Lee noticed a small tech birth in Nashville TN. He recognized Nashville as not just an entertainment city, but a city of business and manufacturing. Moving his venture to Nashville, Lee launched a new technology company that focuses on virtual reality design for enterprise, manufacturing, and educational experiences. Lee has been uniquely positioned to design immersive interactive technology, that has proven highly valuable to these sectors of business. Coupling his background in entertainment with his design approach for large companies, Lee has developed a keen sense for VR/AR designs to be more than just marketing tools, it’s the new way to do business This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
