In preparation for the 2021 PDGA Women’s Global Event this weekend, we filmed Sara’s practice round. She is competing in the Knoxville, TN event at Tommy Schumpert Disc Golf Course, about 2.5 hours from our house in Mt. Juliet, TN. Seven Oaks Disc Golf Course is local to us and has some very similar wooded lines, so we headed out there to practice.
Seven Oaks was set up in a safari layout for a recent disc golf tournament, so we played some semblance of the layout and skipped a few holes. It was great practice for the wooded shots at Tommy Schumpert. If you’re playing in the Women’s Global Event, good luck and have fun!!
