Nashville explosion: FBI “fairly confident” they can “identify an individual” responsible | FULL

Authorities in Nashville, Tenn. provided an update Saturday into the latest on the Christmas Day explosion that injured three people and damaged dozens of buildings in the heart of America’s country music capital.

Don Korneski, the FBI’s special agent in charge of the investigation said on Saturday that they’re “fairly confident” that they’ll be able to “identify an individual” responsible.

He added that their sweep of the area uncovered “no indication of additional explosive threats.”

Police and federal agents are in the process of determining how and why a motor home was blown to pieces in an apparent bombing.

The means of detonation and whether anyone was inside the RV when it blew up were not immediately known.
