Even during 2020, some sectors of our economy saw growth, while some saw a decline. How might the continued growth in our area impact the Nashville housing market in 2021 and beyond? General Motors, Amazon, Facebook, and Oracle have all recently announced investment in the area and/or bringing jobs to the area, but what can we do to keep the Nashville area affordable for its residents that haven’t seen their wages keep pace with the increasing price of housing?
