This was the Boss Breakfast Challenge at Pied Piper Eatery in Nashville. The challenge consist of a half-pound of hash browns topped with chili and cheese, six jalapeno-scrambled eggs, then layered with four strips of bacon, four sausage patties, four fried eggs, four pancakes, and four slices of black forest ham. Served with four open-faced biscuits smothered in white gravy. We must have been lucky, I think we got a big version with tons of Jalapeños. Challengers have 2 hours to finish, if you finish the meal is free and you get a t-shirt.
