It comes equipped with a 100 amp meter box with an equivalent 100 amp transfer switch, which allows you to go on or off the grid. It will comfortably sleep 5 people with a master loft (10’x 7’4″), a twin loft (38″ x 7’4″), and a living area that will accommodate an over sized fold-out couch. The kitchen has nearly 14′ of butcher block counters with an extra deep stainless steel sink with a pull-out faucet. It has a very nice 24″ L.P. gas burning stove with four burners and a full convection oven. The LG refrigerator is apartment sized with an upper freezer and ice maker. The kitchen is also plumbed for a compact electric washer and dryer. The 3 piece bathroom has a standard elongated toilet, mini wall mount sink, and a beautiful stainless steel shower. The home has many show-stopping features with a reclaimed oak breakfast bar that seats 2, and a reclaimed weathered pine pocket door. Also, the same weathered pine lumber is a feature wall for the headboard in the master loft. The exterior siding is a smart siding with a 25-year warranty on the prefinished coating. It has a copper-colored metal roof with copper metal accents on the front elevation. It has been well built and is ready for delivery.
