Recently, the State Legislature passed a law that would assure continued taxpayer funding of faith-based foster care and adoption agencies even if they exclude LGBT families and others based on religious beliefs. House Bill 1689 was filed to limit students to playing on a sports team that corresponds to their gender at birth. If the State continues to pass legislation that directly impacts LGBT persons, what affect does that have on future business opportunities in Nashville?
