In this video I take you along with me to New Mexico and Nashville. This travel week I went to New Mexico for work and I get to take you along to see my typical schedule when I am on the road. I try my best to eat right and exercise regularly. This can be hard when traveling… BUT its possible! Next I head off to Nashville to visit my family!
In my next video I may delve into a little more “about me” and “what I do for work”.

Straight legged deadlifts (3 sets of 10 reps)
Sumo Squats with weight ( 3 sets of 10-15 reps)
Jumping Squats (3 sets of 20 reps) This one is a killer!!
Bulgarian Split squat with weights (3 sets of 10 reps her leg)
20 minutes on the treadmill (3.0mph on full incline)
Cool down by stretching
