Things to consider for the events:
Share the experience
We encourage attendees to share their inspiration, new ideas and feedback on twitter so our other chapters and those who couldn’t attend can enjoy your insight and learn. Just use the#ttnash hashtag and @caseawards or @aiganashville in your tweets for easy following.
About the facility
All areas of the conference hall are handicap accessible and special seats will be reserved up front for our attendees who need them. If you haven’t contacted us already, just let one of the friendly AIGA staff know that you’d like to sit here when you check-in.
Sweaters are your friend.
Based on feedback from previous rocketown events, we encourage attendees to bring a light sweater of jacket as the conference hall can be kept a little cool.
